Important Information

Your room will be available from **3:00 PM** on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by **10:00 AM**.

To give you flexibility: Free cancellation is possible up to **2 weeks before the agreed arrival date**. For cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price. In the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we will also charge 90% of the booked stay.
**Our tip:** We recommend purchasing [travel cancellation insurance](https://start.europaeische.at/index.php?key=hsp&AGN=10008897) so that you are well covered in case of unforeseen circumstances.
